Terms of Service for VatCrest

1. Scope of this Agreement

These terms govern the provision of European VAT compliance and advisory services, digital resources, and physical goods by VatCrest.

3. Services

Services include VAT registration, return preparation, advisory sessions, and compliance reviews for businesses operating in Europe.

4. Digital Resources

Digital resources refer to e-books, guides, templates, and training modules delivered electronically by VatCrest.

5. Physical Goods

Physical goods consist of printed materials and merchandise shipped to clients.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

6.1.1 Advisory Sessions

Advisory sessions may be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full credit. This credit is transferable to another session within 6 months. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for credit due to allocated resources.

6.1.2 Compliance Reporting Services

Custom compliance reports require extensive analysis and are non-refundable once engagement begins. Clients may request clarifications or adjustments at no extra charge within 30 days of delivery.

6.2 Digital Resources

Clients may request a reversal of the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of original access. To initiate, please Contact Us. Reversals are applied via the original transaction channel within 10 business days. After 14 days or once delivery is confirmed, purchases are final.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition. To arrange a return, please Contact Us. Return shipping costs are borne by the client unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, a reversal is applied via the original channel within 10 business days. Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.

7. Changes to These Terms

VatCrest may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services, resources, or goods after updates indicates acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto.
